Position: Computer Field Technician

Job description:
Deliver, install, and service personal computers and peripherals; perform bench repair and provide on-site technical support to customers

Qualification - technical:
Genuine interest in personal computers
Good understanding of Windows 95, 98, NT, 2000, System 9.x, and XP
Wide range of hardware and software experience
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and people skills
Ability to handle tasks with minimal supervision

Qualifications - personal:
Friendly and customer service oriented
Great attitude & pride in one’s work
Reliable, trustworthy & dedicated
Smart, quick study & strong desire to learn

Other:
License and good driving record are verified. Reliable vehicle required (van, truck, utility vehicle preferred). Company vans used most of day.
